Mo has been named as one of the Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs for 2026 by Small Business Britain as part of the f:Entrepreneur ialso100. This is a national campaign celebrating inspirational women who are making a powerful impact across the UK economy.

After rising to senior leadership roles in global technology companies, Mo experienced the barriers faced by women and underrepresented groups first-hand. These experiences shaped her conviction that the industries shaping our future must reflect the diversity of the people they serve.

She later co-founded a multi-award-winning inclusion consultancy and went on to establish Edge Of Difference in 2025. The business has grown quickly, delivering bespoke training, leadership development, Future Talent Programmes and inclusion strategy support. Mo is known for her fearless voice, her TEDx talk The Value of Our Differences, and her ability to combine lived experience with business strategy.

Edge Of Difference has reached thousands through its programmes, events and social media community. Its work helps organisations uncover the hidden leaders who already work within their teams, giving them the skills, confidence and visibility needed to progress.

A mission that goes beyond business

Mo’s impact extends across sectors. She is a Non-Executive Director for Here, Care Unbound, a social enterprise addressing healthcare inequalities, and Vice Chair of Trustees for The Clock Tower Sanctuary, a charity supporting young people facing homelessness. She sits on advisory boards for TechNative Digital and AgencyLand Network, and has mentored young women through The Girls’ Network since 2017.

She has just secured a new publishing deal with Trotman Publishing for a book about future talent and the next generation of leaders to be published in 2026. This follows her co-authored book The Inclusion Journey, published by Kogan Page.

Mo regularly speaks at conferences across the UK and curates events that bring communities together, including Brighton Summit, Women In Tech SEO, and Silicon Brighton.

Inclusion is not a side priority. It is the foundation of strong businesses and a fair society. Being recognised by f:Entrepreneur is a privilege, and I am proud to represent the women who are building change, not just companies. The next generation of leaders is already here. My mission is to ensure they are seen, supported and included

Accessibility and sustainability are core to how Edge Of Difference operates. The consultancy designs programmes that are fully accessible, offers flexible participation models, reduces travel impact through remote delivery, and supports companies through the inclusion elements of their B Corp applications.
