Our Future Leaders Programmes, typically run as 6 or 12-month programmes with a cohort of Future Leaders.
Lead The Difference and Culture Edge Programmes can be customised for you.
We run team Away Days to combine topics and help develop your culture for Future Leaders Programmes. All of our training includes digital guides, and suggested further learning resources.
If you would like help with structuring your programmes, we offer individual coaching in blocks of 1 hour, or you can book 6 sessions. We will help you create your programme, communication information and actions.
Same World, Different Perspectives
If you are considering Future Talent programmes and want to get started with creating ideas, our unique workshop ‘Same World, Different Perspectives‘ gets people talking and thinking about new ideas. People will leave with actions and ideas for ongoing learning.
